“Q” - What do I need to get started on a course?
“A”
- You do not need any previous experience or qualifications for these courses. All you need is a desire to learn and succeed!

“Q ”- How long will it take my course to arrive?
“A” - Once payment is received it should take
around five working days or less to receive your course. If you make payment by cheque it may take longer as we have to wait for the cheque to clear.
When we receive your order via the
internet we will contact you by e-mail prior to despatch
to make sure that the training package is compatible
with the computer that you are using. Providing you
answer this e-mail straight away we can usually send out
your courseware by the next day.
“Q” - How does the distance learning method work?
“A” - Distance learning is where you study at home at your own pace at your own convenience. The only time you have restrictions is if you have to use the demo software to do a course, as the software expires after 180 days. Which is more than enough time to complete any of the courses.
“Q” - How long should it take to complete my course?
“A”
- Each course varies. we give a rough guide as to how
long it takes next to the course details but for a
standard Sage training course the average completion
time is between 8 and 10 hours per level.
“Q” - What support will I receive from sage solutions.?
“A” - Support will be
weekdays 9a.m till 5p.m by email .Support is available
less frequently during evenings and weekends.
“Q” - What will I receive at the end of my course?
“A” - Depending on what course you take you will receive a
standard completion certificate for the Sage courses.
For ICB courses the certificates are issued by ICB
(Institute of Certified Bookkepers)
